Chief Financial Officer

Serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Kelly Blair is responsible for the oversight of all finance and accounting efforts for the Firm including fund administration and investor reporting, valuation analysis, compliance, financial reporting, budgets and forecasting, debt capital markets, treasury, cash management and financial analytics for all BKM’s real estate holdings. She also serves as a member of the Investment Committee and holds an essential vote over all major investment decisions. Kelly brings 18 years of experience across a breadth of capital markets, corporate finance and accounting roles, specifically in private equity and real estate, that will provide BKM with strong leadership and oversight of the Firm’s financial activities.


CIM Group

Prior to joining BKM Capital Partners, Kelly served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at CIM Group, a full service real estate fund manager with an aggregate AUM of over $19B. She was responsible for the overall quality of the centralized finance support for corporate operations and served as the main point of contact for corporate banking relationships, key equity partners, audit and regulatory partners. Kelly lead and built out the various corporate accounting and finance teams of financial reporting, treasury, accounts payable and regulatory reporting. While there, she was key in developing the financial reporting infrastructure and accounting procedures for a sophisticated group of global investors.


Walton Group of Companies / RAM Real Estate Capital

In 2007, Kelly joined the Walton Group of Companies and held various positions as she developed in her career allowing her to master a wide range of expertise. Most recently, Kelly served concurrently as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for RAM Real Estate Capital, a Walton affiliate, and Vice President of Capital Markets for Walton. During her time as CFO of RAM she spearheaded all financial reporting efforts, designed the budgeting process and built out complex financial analytics for visibility into bottom line profitability. As Vice President, Capital Markets of Walton, she spearheaded financial reporting for joint ventures and structured strategic investment products as well as contributed to aspects of asset management through underwriting, capital structuring, financial analysis and due diligence activities. Throughout her tenure at Walton and RAM, she had been responsible for managing the build out and execution of the financial reporting infrastructure, valuation analysis, and back office operations. Her range of positions included: Vice President of Capital Markets, Financial Operations Principal, and Controller.


Kelly Blair earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a MBA with a Leadership and Finance emphasis, both from Arizona State University.
