Tempe real estate portfolio sold for $24M

A California investment group has bought a 16-building, 305,500-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio for $24.1 million.

Irvine-based BKM Capital Partners bought the industrial buildings from German-owned RREEF.

BKM bought the Twin Business Park near University Drive and Interstate 10, the Ash Business Center at Baseline Road and U.S. 60, and Elliot Park 10 at I-10 and Elliot Road.
