BKM’s Culture Committee connects our team members and regional offices through engaging and entertaining activities to cultivate a sense of community in the organization. Whether it’s a monthly trivia match over Zoom, hosting an all-hands company training and team building event, or simply shooting hoops or playing pickleball at our on-site basketball court, the Culture Committee ensures our office life includes a healthy dose of having fun and networking with peers.
