In August 2024, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Ash Business Center, located in Tempe, Arizona. The 89,728 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of two buildings with 19 units.

The property is at the corner of I-60 and Baseline Road (a major thoroughfare) and within a mile of Downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
