BKM Capital Partners originally acquired Ash Business Center in May 2016. Seeing further value to be had, BKM recapitalized the asset in September 2021. Located in Tempe, AZ, the 89,728 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of two buildings with 19 units.

The property is at the corner of I-60 and Baseline Road (a major thoroughfare) and within a mile of Downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
