In March 2023, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Backlot NoHo, located in North Hollywood, CA. The 84,388-square-foot asset consists of two multi-tenant industrial buildings and 36 units.

The property has immediate access to transportation routes, including I-5, I-405, and CA-170, and same-day access to logistics hubs at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. BKM has repositioned the asset through a series of renovations, including roof repairs, new façade and awnings, exterior paint, exterior lights, new building tenant signage, window glazing, and new storefronts. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
