In July 2021, BKM Capital Partners acquired Beaverton Industrial Center (formerly Fry Distribution Center) in Beaverton, OR. The 121,200 square-foot multi-tenant industrial park consists of two light industrial buildings with five units.

The property is strategically located along SR-217, just south of SR-26, providing excellent access to downtown Portland and the city’s large corporate anchors along the Sunset Corridor. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, modernized awnings, and uniform landscaping, which resulted in a completely revamped appearance.
