In October 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Black Canyon Business Park, located in Phoenix, AZ. The 170,816 square-foot light industrial asset includes 11 buildings and 68 units.

Situated on over 12 acres on North 24th Avenue, the 170,816 square-foot light industrial park has undergone numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
