In September 2026, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Bryn Mawr Distribution Center, formerly known as 3785 and 3831 Bryn Mawr Road, located in Orlando, FL. The 121,200 SF light industrial asset includes two buildings and three units.

Situated on over six acres on Bryn Mawr Road, the 121,200 SF light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
