In September 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Buttes Business Park, formerly known as Buttes Business Center, located in Tempe, AZ. The 188,282 square-foot light industrial asset includes 13 buildings and 72 units.

Situated on 14 acres on South 48th Street, the 188,282 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
