In February 2026, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Cobb Landing, formerly known as Cobb International, located in Kennesaw, GA. The 52,280 square-foot light industrial asset includes two buildings and 11 units.

Situated on nearly three acres on Cobb International Boulevard, the 52,280 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
