The property has direct access to I-10 and is less than ten minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.

The asset was realized in January 2020.
