Located at 25005-25013 Viking St, the 271,295 SF light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park.
