In September 2026, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of East Block, formerly known as 3600 Vineland, located in Orlando, FL. The 116,400 SF light industrial asset includes one building and five units.

Situated on over six acres on Vineland Road, the 116,400 SF light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
