In September 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Elwood Industrial Park, formerly known as Elwood Industrial Building, located in Phoenix, AZ. The 133,076 square-foot light industrial asset includes four buildings and 23 units.

Situated on over 7 acres on East Elwood Street, the 133,076 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
