In December 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Fairway Park Business Center, located in Houston, TX. The 135,517 square-foot light industrial asset includes five buildings and 33 units.

Situated on over 8 acres on Fairway Park Drive, the 135,517 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
