The property is uniquely located in the highly sought-after South-Central Denver submarket alongside I-25, a leading transportation corridor providing direct access to the primary metropolitan and employment hubs in Downtown Denver and Denver Tech Center. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a façade upgrade, refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, modernized landscaping, and reconfigured overbuilt office space into functional industrial spaces. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on roofing, HVAC, and parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
