Situated on Hayden Island, on the border of Oregon and Washington, the asset is near the last off-ramp North before entering Washington State on I-5. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.

The asset was realized in November 2016.
