In July 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Hesperian Business Park, located in Hayward, CA. The 89,840 square-foot light industrial asset includes three buildings and 19 units.

Situated on over 5.6 acres on 2286 Tripaldi Way, the 89,840 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
