In March 2018, BKM Capital Partners acquired Inverness Exchange (formerly 14 Inverness Drive East) in Denver, CO. The 215,268 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of eight buildings with 109 units.

The property is located at the intersection of East County Line Road and I-25, approximately ten minutes from the Denver Tech Center, 35 minutes from the Denver International Airport, and 30 minutes from downtown Denver in the Southeast Industrial submarket. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
