In August 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Market Street Distribution Center, located in Garland, TX. The 435,479 square-foot light industrial asset includes five buildings and 14 units.

Situated on over 19 acres on Market Street, the 435,479 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
