In October 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Metro Industrial Center, located in Phoenix, AZ. The 113,822 square-foot light industrial asset includes five buildings and 60 units.

Situated on over 7 acres on West Mescal Street, the 113,822 square-foot light industrial park has undergone numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
