In June 2026, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Mission Park Business Center, located in Santa Clara, CA. The 94,474 SF light industrial asset includes four buildings and 44 units.

Situated on nearly seven acres on Wyatt Drive, the 94,4748 SF light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
