Situated on over 7 acres on Montague Expressway, the 95,317 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
