In July 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Mount Diablo Industrial Park, formerly known as Concord Industrial Park, located in Concord, CA. The 245,930 square-foot light industrial asset includes 10 buildings and 57 units.

Situated on over 17 acres on 1900 Bates Avenue, the 245,930 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
