Situated on nearly 8 acres on Mission Lane, the 232,181 square-foot light industrial park has undergone numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
