In July 2023, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Pacific Coast Industrial Center, formerly known as Carlsbad Commerce Center, located in San Diego, CA. The 130,000 square-foot light industrial asset includes eight buildings and 62 units. This is BKM’s 11th acquisition in the San Diego market.

Situated on over eight acres on Avenida Encinas Ave., the 130,000 square-foot light industrial park has undergone numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
