The property has convenient access to regional, national, and international transport networks and is five minutes from the Portland International Airport (PDX). BKM enhanced the asset by addressing deferred maintenance and conducting a series of renovations, including speculative improvements to reduce office buildout, roof repairs, HVAC replacement, and parking improvements. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
