In February 2026, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Peachtree Industrial Center, located in Norcross, GA. The 58,139 square-foot light industrial asset includes one building and four units.

Situated on nearly five acres on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, the 58,139 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
