In September 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Priest Business Park, formerly known as Priest / Excel Business Park, located in Tempe, AZ. The 155,094 square-foot light industrial asset includes five buildings and 65 units.

Situated on over 11 acres on South Priest Drive, the 155,094 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
