In September 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Roeser Commerce Center, located in Phoenix, AZ. The 59,620 square-foot light industrial asset includes two buildings and 26 units.

Situated on over 3 acres on East Roeser Road, the 59,620 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams will work diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
