BKM Capital Partners originally acquired Rose Garden Business Park in April 2016. Seeing further value to be had, BKM recapitalized the asset in September 2021. Located in Phoenix, AZ, the 157,101 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of nine buildings with 58 units.

The property is located two miles south of Phoenix-Deer Valley Municipal Airport and less than a mile from the I-17 / Loop 101 Freeway interchange, allowing quick access to the entire Phoenix area freeway system. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.
