The property is located in the highly sought-after Sorrento Valley industrial submarket, which is the best-performing market in Central County. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units and the parking lot.

The asset was realized in March 2023.
