In August 2016, BKM Capital Partners acquired Spencer Airport Center in Las Vegas, NV. The 177,597 square-foot multi-tenant business park consists of seven buildings with 12 units.

The property is strategically located one block south of McCarran International Airport and about three miles from I-15. The asset has undergone a cosmetic overhaul through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including a refreshed paint scheme, upgraded signage, and modernized landscaping. BKM also addressed deferred maintenance on HVAC units, roofing, and the parking lot.

The asset was realized in January 2021.
