In October 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Twins Business Park, located in Tempe, AZ. The 120,496 square-foot light industrial asset includes two buildings and 20 units.

Situated on over 6 acres on West 12th Place, the 120,496 square-foot light industrial park has undergone numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park. BKM's in-house property management and leasing teams are working diligently to drive new leasing activity while maximizing asset performance.
