BKM has allocated $10.4 million toward capital improvements to execute its signature repositioning program across all seven properties.

The transaction marks a significant expansion of BKM's footprint in the Bay Area, one of the most supply-constrained markets in the country.

The properties feature highly desirable attributes, including clear heights of 14 to 30 feet, ample parking, and 385 dock doors.

The portfolio, which includes 21 buildings in Nevada and Arizona, takes up more than 1.2 million square feet across 108 units.

The portfolio’s varied tenant base and shorter lease terms mean that BKM and Kayne Anderson will enjoy a favorable rent rollover profile.

The nine-property portfolio consists of 510 units and over 2.1 million square feet of small-bay industrial space.
