Chris Evans Joins BKM Capital Partners as Asset Manager
Irvine, Calif., (April 25, 2016) - BKM Capital Partners, a fund manager and operator platform targeting value-add, multi-tenant light industrial real estate in the Western U.S., has hired real estate professional Chris Evans as Asset Manager.
Evans will be responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of multi-tenant industrial assets located throughout the Western United States, including the oversight of in-house & 3rd party property managers, leasing agents and construction managers. He will also be responsible for the review and analysis of assets being acquired by the firm during the initial evaluation of the property and during the due diligence of the asset to ensure that each asset can be managed to the level as set forth in the acquisition and long term budget. He will report to Matt Stephenson, Director of Asset & Property Management.
Chris comes to BKM from PBS Engineers in Glendora where he was Director of Finance and Operations for the private consulting engineering company. Prior to that, Evans was Vice President, Asset Management for Terracotta Group where he was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting and acquisitions through investment fund relations and REO management. Chris also spent five years at Wells Fargo in the Commercial REO group as a Senior Asset Manager where he managed a team of six asset managers and a portfolio of $250 million of residential, multi-family, multi-tenant office, industrial and retail assets.

Evans received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of California, Irvine and his MBA from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
