BKM Capital Partners 2023-2024 ESG Report

BKM is pleased to announce the release of our second annual ESG Report, underscoring our commitment to providing transparency and reporting for our robust environmental, social, and governance initiatives.

Throughout 2023 BKM initiated/completed many of its core ESG objectives, including the completion of the company's first GRESB benchmark survey, the implementation of green lease clauses for all new leases and tenants, and the introduction of company-wide ESG trainings for employees at all levels of the organization. These milestones reflect BKM's continued commitment to engaging in responsible and sustainable business practices across all aspects of our operating model, driving forward success for our people, stakeholders, and investments.
