Pollard, who joined BKM in 2015, has been instrumental in scaling the firm’s reputation, brand presence, and operational infrastructure during a period of transformative growth. Today, she leads a four-person team that oversees multi-channel marketing, investor communications, media relations, and brand strategy for the firm’s $2.9 billion in assets under management.

Driving Innovation and Culture at BKM

Since establishing BKM’s marketing and communications department from the ground up, Pollard has spearheaded initiatives that supported more than $2.5 billion in transactions across 26 properties in 2024 alone. Her leadership has been pivotal in launching BKM Intel, the firm’s proprietary BI/AI tool, as well as a company-wide intranet to unify communications. She has also overseen a full corporate rebrand and introduced the firm’s annual Brand Camp to educate employees on brand standards and positioning.

Beyond her department, Pollard is deeply engaged in company-wide initiatives. She is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the BKM Women’s Network, a founding member of the firm’s ESG Committee, and Chair of the AI & Automation Taskforce, currently leading BKM’s first GRESB assessment and technology integration plan.
