This year's win marks the firm’s second Inclusive Workplaces Designation in two years.

Newport Beach, CA—January 9, 2026—BKM Capital Partners, a vertically integrated institutional fund manager specializing in value-add light industrial investment across the United States, today announced it has been recognized as an Inclusive Workplace by Best Companies Group, a workplace research firm with more than 20 years of employee engagement expertise, in partnership with COLOR Magazine, a leader in corporate inclusivity.


This recognition is based on Best Companies Group’s Inclusive Workplace Program, which evaluates organizations using employee survey ratings and comments to assess how effectively a workplace fosters a culture where employees feel heard, seen, and a sense of belonging. Survey results are assessed at the company level.


BKM’s results reflect a strong, inclusive culture across key organizational dimensions. The firm earned scores well above benchmarks for categories spanning employee engagement, cultural initiatives, leadership and organization initiatives, and more, speaking to the organizations robust suite of internal initiatives aimed at providing a nurturing and inclusive work environment for its employees.
