BKM's Caroline Kase Selected in GlobeSt Best Bosses

Newport Beach, CA, April 12, 2022 – Caroline Kase has been selected as one of “CRE's Best Bosses” by GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum for 2022. The recognition is part of the CRE's Best Bosses and Best Places to Work program highlighted in the April issue of Real Estate Forum, which recognizes commercial real estate’s executive leaders who have stepped up during the Covid-19 pandemic and persevered as reliable constants within the industry by offering transparent, comforting support to employees and colleagues, while driving their companies forward.

Kase serves as Director of Property Management for Newport Beach, CA-based BKM Management Company. Kase has carefully shaped the division and worked diligently to create processes that previously didn’t exist, which has been critical to navigate the roughly 2,000 tenant touchpoints across BKM’s portfolio encompassing 45 properties totaling 8.2 million square feet of value-add, light industrial multi-tenant properties in metro areas across the Western U.S.
