BKM's Rob Sistek Talks Niche Opportunities in Real Estate at IMN

January 24, 2022 - BKM Capital Partners Senior Managing Director, Rob Sistek was happy to share his insights and industry knowledge for IMN’s panel discussion on Alternative Asset Classes & Niche Opportunities in Real Estate. The panel provided a deep dive into the various alternative assets, importance of portfolio diversification and risk management, and investment strategies for alternatives. Sistek also addressed the heightened demand for space within the light industrial real estate submarket over the last year, particularly last-mile distribution.
