Keitha Anderson of BKM Management Company Named 2021 Women in Real Estate Winner by Connect Media
October 18, 2021 – Las Vagas, NV- Connect Media recently named Keitha Anderson, of BKM Management Company, a winner in their Phoenix & Southwest 2021 Women in Real Estate Award. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others in the industry.
Anderson currently oversees the leasing of more than 1.8 million square feet in the Las Vegas metro. Since joining BKM, her contributions directly led to increased occupancy across BKM’s Nevada portfolio with a total of 46 transactions and 747,403 square feet of space leased. Of particular note was the leasing of Pacific Business Center South, a 391,241-square-foot industrial park in Henderson, NV. When purchased in 2019, the asset was 62 percent occupied, and Anderson’s leadership helped bring the occupancy up to 100 percent in less than two years.

In addition to her work with Pacific Business Center South, Anderson actively worked with the property management team to help the tenants with their rent adjustments during the pandemic and 2020 lockdowns. Additionally, she expanded an existing tenant at Cheyenne Airport Center from 3,464 square feet to 6,928 square feet, then to 10,384 square feet and finally to 14,551 square feet, all during the period of April to June 2020.

Keitha holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology at Texas Tech Univeristy. Prior to joining BKM, she was Assistant Vice President of Leasing at Harsch Investment Properties.
